Group Coaching
Coaching within a group dynamic can be very effective and appealing to many people. Members learn from each other and often build positive peer relationships that last long after the coaching experience. There is a significant cost savings per group member compared to individual coaching. Sessions are typically 90-120 minutes on alternate weeks and require a six month commitment. Individual sessions with the group coach are available.
